Guide to the weekend, Oct. 25-27

Halloween is next week and with it are the Harvest Festivals and parties. There are so many fall events to choose from. To simplify choosing what events to attend this weekend, here is a guide to three Halloween-themed events.

 

1. Thrill The Night 2020

In Motion Dance + Fitness are taking over E High Street with their new choreography Oct. 25 at 7 p.m. While watching dance to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller,” there will be pumpkin decorating contest, games and food. The dance company will also teach a part of Thriller to the audience members. For more information, click here.

 

2. Killing Hunger 

Corner Cupboard Food Bank is hosting a Haunted Warehouse Oct. 25-26 from 8-11:30 p.m. The event is a fundraiser for the food bank, having $8 be the admission cost. Learn more about the Haunted Warehouse here.

 

3. HalloWine 2019

The Greene County vineyard, Thistlethwaite Vineyards, is hosting their Halloween party Oct. 26 6-10 p.m. Taste their wine and come in costume to celebrate the spooky time of year. Entertainment will be provided by King Wolf Karaoke, and food will be provided by Hungarian Smokehouse. Reserve a spot or walk on for $25. Click here to learn more.
